Responsibilities
- Assist production team in daily manufacturing operations and workflow monitoring.
- Support production supervisors in tracking output, downtime, and basic production records.
- Assist in implementing and following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in basic data collection for productivity, efficiency, and wastage analysis.
- Support coordination between production, maintenance, and quality control teams.
- Participate in housekeeping, 5S, and workplace safety initiatives.

Assist in preparation of simple reports and documentation related to production activities.
Must Have
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes.
- Willingness to work on the production floor and in an industrial environment.
- Good attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and safety rules.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of quality control, inspection methods, or ISO standards.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Kaizen concepts.
- Ability to read simple technical drawings or process flow charts.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Electronics, or related fields (Good if involved in MPPT Solar Project)
- Current CGPA: 3.5 or above
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate remotely with diverse teams
- Allowance: RM1,000 per month
- Internship Duration: Preferred internship period of 6 months or longer
- Location: Position based at our Seri Kembangan, Selangor office
