Administrative Intern

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document management) 
  • Support office operations, including reception and coordination with vendors
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and team activities
  • Support HR, procurement, and other departments as required

Must Have

  • Currently pursuing or holding a relevant degree (Business Administration, Office Management, etc.)
  • Minimum CGPA 3.0
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with digital tools or office management software
  • Experience in supporting events or office operations
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or invoicing processes
  • Interest in learning about HR, procurement, or marketing support

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Management, or any related field.
  • Current CGPA: 3.0 or above
  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to interact professionally with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
  • Administrative Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle documentation, filing, and data entry efficiently.
  • Personal Attributes: Responsible, proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Allowance: RM500 - RM600 per month
  • Internship Duration: Preferred internship period of 6 months or longer
  • Location: Position based at our Kuala Terengganu office
