CSR ON WATER RELIEF MISSION
On 2 Aug 2021, 28,700 households/companies' water supply in Kuala Nerus and Kuala Terengganu were disrupted due to a burst pump at the river bed of Sungai Terengganu. It took more than a week to fix and many families and business owners were affected by this unfortunate event.
We feel the plight and struggles of the people facing water supply disruption. Thus, our team initiated to use our available resources to help supply water to nearby residents by filling water tanks and distributing water to the local residents. We thank our dedicated team for their contribution and effort. We do hope that we can do more in the future to serve others.
As Ratan Tata (Former chairman of the Tata Group) once said, “Businesses need to go beyond the interests of their companies to the communities they serve.”
