Nothing short of a modern technological marvel, development of the single LED 3201 Series is a revolution through Evolution. The complete build from the ground up of this model took 5 years in the making, what took it so long was timing, expertise and technological maturity coming together that otherwise would not be possible sooner.
Using complex computer simulations with Ai and Manual tweaks which took many iterations and processes to run within a powerful environment that speeds up development time. This development brought us to work closely with Ansys to develop the 3201 optic which was able to yield up to 400% improvement from initial results generated by a research Institute, the advancement of computer aided design and optical simulation enabled our team to maximise the optical output and minimize unwanted losses, with high accuracy and definition it to fulfill its fullest potential.
The 3201 optic is a fully internal reflection and is undergoing a patent for its unique optically optimized shape.
